Peter Edwards
Peter became a partner in the business in 2005. Prior to this appointment Peter had worked locally within finance positions for an international business based in the UK and a local leading accountancy practice.
During his career Peter has gained a qualification in Payroll and Pension Management (MIPPM Dip.)

Peter says,
“ Having worked within the professional business sector my knowledge enables FDA UK to enhance the service we provide our clients. Many clients will require us to initiate a document management solution for their business, and with my background knowledge I am fully aware of the many legal requirements that a business must meet in the archiving of documents”.

Philip Matthews
Philip set up the document storage business in 1995, initially offering a storage solution for local businesses. This has now expanded to offer document archiving solutions on a national basis for numerous business sectors. He had previously worked within an accountancy practice in both accountancy and administration duties.

Philip says,
“I understand that the requirement to store and maintain large volumes of data in original format play a vital role in any business, so when a client places their documents in our care it is important that we offer a valuable extension to their business. With this in mind we operate sophisticated barcode tracking database to track the locations and movements of all files. Clients often ask us to pick individual documents from files to forward to them, so our experience helps us to meet the professional standard a client expects”.

Philip joined the Records Management Society as he believes through membership he can kept up to date with matters relating to the document archiving industry.
