At FDA UK we understand that whilst a secure warehouse with a fire alarm system is adequate for your general business documents, there are some documents that require an either greater level of secure storage.

Documents such as Wills and Title Deeds should be placed into a fireproof storage container. In your office you may already use a fireproof filing cabinet, but what happens when this is full?

FDA UK have installed a walk-in vault that is constructed from fireproof panels offering upto 2 hours fire protection. This vault is fully racked to acommodate our standard storage boxes. All boxes are identified with a unique barcode and are located on our tracking database.

How can we help?

• We will store your documents in our fireproof vault situated inside our secure warehouse.
• Our fireproof vault is constructed from panels offering 2 hour fire protection that also limit heat transfer (please see photo above).
• We will collect and retrieve your documents as required and deliver them direct to your office.
• All boxes and files will be identified with a unique barcode prior to any transfer from storage.
• All boxes are placed inside a protective sleeve prior to being placed onto the racking.
• Entry to the fireproof vault and warehouse is by FDA UK employees only.
• Storing your documents off site reduces the risk of damage to your documents.
• Placing files into our vault is cheaper than buying a fireproof cabinet.
